About this Event:
A fun and delicious cooking class paired with fantastic wines featuring Women Wine Makers for Mother’s Day. We are welcoming back Kelly from A Cork in the Road to share her wine expertise. We will start with FIGS in a Blanket with Whipped Goat Cheese, followed by a salad of tomatoes, pine nutes, and pomegranate mollases. The entree is herb stuffed lamb with pan sauce, Yukon Gold and Sweet Potato Stack, and baby squash. The evening will finish with indiviual seasonal fruit galettes.
