About this Event:
Discover the secrets behind your favorite middle eastern dishes in this plant based class. We will start with traditional Salatim and Meze: stuffed grapeleaves with greens, barley, and pomogrante seeds, black tahini, kuku szazbi (herb frittata). Dinner will be eggplant kefteh in a sauce of tomato and za’atar, harissa carrots, and mejarda (rice with lentils). Dessert will be tahini shortbread with Turkish coffee Malabi. $89 per person. Wine will be served with dinner.
